Tania Gazzard

Tania is a qualified naturopath and nutritionist who is passionate about seeing people well, whole, free & living life to the full. She is equally passionate about natural medicine and what it can bring to the table when it comes to people’s health & loves to use her training & experience to help people claim back their health.

Her special interests include mental health – especially depression, anxiety & eating disorders; as well as autoimmune disease, fatigue & depletion.

She believes in eating real food and filling your life with that which brings you joy; that food should be enjoyed as well as maximised for nourishment. She believes in balance - that people were made to be free, but also to look after their bodies.
