Revitalising Health is based on principles of empowerment and regeneration, helping people to take charge of their own health, while building and maintaining a robust connection with the natural world, as environmental health and human health are closely intertwined.

Gabby has many clinical interests, some of which include neuroendocrine health, stress management, the gut-brain interface, autoimmune conditions, and the connection between human and environmental health.

Gabby is open to supporting many different people with a range of health concerns, and she particularly enjoys supporting the super busy, anxious, but driven high achievers who keep burning out and want to learn how to regulate their nervous systems better so they can get off the proverbial hamster wheel of modern life.
