Caution: Not recommended for coeliac patients due to the presence of 8.3 mg gliadin per capsule. Gliadin is essential to the nutrigenomic mechanism, activating the expression of the primary antioxidant enzymes, SOD, GPx and Cat and of the anti-inflammatory cytokine, IL-10.
