I have a special interest in women who are feeling overwhelmed, exhausted and struggling to live their best lives due to their health not being where they want it to be. Many factors can play a role in this such as menopause, fatigue, insomnia and poor sleep, digestive issues, autoimmune diseases and pain. I enjoy working with my clients to understand the causes and factors which are contributing to their health struggles.
