I am a clinical naturopath with a particular interest in supporting women aged 40 and over who are struggling with fatigue, stubborn weight gain, hormonal changes, brain fog, digestive concerns and other complex symptoms—especially when they have been told their test results are normal but still do not feel like themselves.

My approach is investigative, personalised and systems-based. I look beyond individual symptoms to explore the interconnected factors that may be influencing your health, then develop a clear and achievable plan based on your history, needs and priorities.

As a G.E.M.M.-accredited clinician, I incorporate the G.E.M.M. Protocol where appropriate to support gastrointestinal health and the broader foundations of immune, metabolic and whole-body wellbeing. Rather than applying a standard protocol to everyone, I integrate G.E.M.M. into a personalised approach that may include nutrition, lifestyle strategies, nutrigenetics and functional or standard pathology testing.

I completed my Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy in 2011 and have been a Fitgenes Certified Practitioner since 2012. I am also a member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association.

My consultations provide the time and space for you to tell your full health story, understand how different aspects of your health may be connected, and leave with clear priorities rather than an overwhelming list of recommendations.

I am based in Perth and provide online consultations to clients throughout Australia.
