I have a double major science degree in genetics, biochemistry and molecular biology, plus qualifications in naturopathy, nutrition and herbalism. I specialise in evidence-based Telehealth complementary medicine with particular interests in ageing, chronic disease, nutritional biochemistry, epigenetics, nutrigenomics, nutrigenetics, metabolic disorders, sports nutrition, immunity and gut problems. I believe my approach to health is truly wholistic and totally achievable.
