A holistic health practitioner with a Bachelor of Holistic Health Science, currently working on a Masters Degree in Natural Medicine; founder and owner of the longest standing vegetarian restaurant in Christchurch, New Zealand The Lotus-Heart (since 1997) and The Lotus-Heart Health Food Store and Clinic; meditation teacher and practitioner. Focusing on health and wellbeing on all levels, a health consultation will include dietary and lifestyle recommendations utilising food as medicine as well as nutrigenomics - in particular the G.E.M.M. protocol.
